  • Social Media Management

All services are delivered remotely and customized based on client requirements.

2. Payment & Fees

  • We accept payments through PayPal, Zelle, and direct bank transfers for seamless transactions. Additionally, cash and check payments are accepted when applicable. Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are processed through one of these methods in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required before service begins, depending on project scope.
  • Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance to avoid service delays.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel projects within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.
  • Once work has started, refunds will not be issued due to the digital nature of services.
  • Any disputes must be resolved through written communication via our Contact Page.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content created by 360 Digital Media remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work without explicit permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate project requirements, deadlines, and branding details before work begins.
  • Any additional revisions or requests outside the initial scope may incur extra fees.
  • We are not liable for client delays or unresponsive communication that impact project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services as-is, without warranties beyond agreed deliverables.
  • We are not liable for third-party service disruptions (hosting, payment processing, or platform changes) affecting project implementation.
  • In no event shall 360 Digital Media be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Client information provided for project purposes is kept confidential and used solely for service fulfillment.
  • We comply with data protection laws and never sell or share personal information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website announcement.
